The 7thGen was started on Texas land that has been stewarded by our family for generations. Long before “grass-fed” became a label, this land was managed with the understanding that what you pass on matters more than what you extract.
We raise livestock the way it has always been done here—on open pasture, with patience, and with respect for the animal and the land it depends on.

Our family’s roots in Texas stretch back over a century. Through droughts, floods, booms, and busts, one principle remains constant: take care of the land, and it will take care of you.
That philosophy guides every decision we make today—from how livestock is raised to how our meat is harvested and shared.
We are not a feedlot. We are not a volume operation. We are not chasing trends. We are continuing a legacy.

All livestock is raised by us and our trusted friends and family. Pasture / Free Range As God intended. We harvest in limited numbers, work with Texas-inspected processors, and sell directly to members who value knowing where their food comes from—and who raised it.
